My research focuses on quantifying how seabirds interact with the marine environment, particularly the effect that human impacts such as marine renewable energy developments, fisheries and climate change have on seabird foraging behaviour and migration. To answer these questions I use a range of techniques including bio-logging, stable isotope analysis and quantitative modelling.
I've put together this website to highlight my research interests and showcase some of the photographs I've had the opportunity to take while in the field.
All images are copyright so please contact me if you wish to use them.
If you're interested in my research then please get in touch; I'm always interested in collaborations and future funding opportunities.
